Wow!!! the chimney cap I ordered on Tuesday is on top of my chimney today, Thursday. The fireplace is lite, throwing out a lot of heat, and NO smoke. Thank you so very much for your very prompt service. I will happily recommend your company to my friends.

I think the product is excellent quality. However, the shipping was not the best. There was no packing in the box. Two of the stainless steel mounting screws came out of the cap and I only found one loose in the box. There was an approximately 4 inch hole near the bottom of the box and I guess the screw fell out during shipment. I was very surprised the cap wasn't damaged with no packing material and the condition of the box material. However, the cap wasn't damaged and I was able to find a screw replacement at a hardware store. Thanks for the order.
