Draft Guard not what I expected, poor customer service

"The draft guard has two holes on the bottom (I assume it's the bottom). These holes are not visible in any picture of the product online. I called customer service and was told that there were no holders to use with the draft guard (which would make sense with the holes). Even though I told the customer service representative that the product was not as pictured, he refused to give me free shipping for a return. Instead, in an exacerbated manner, asked me why I couldn't use it. Awful customer service. Now I am stuck with the draft guard with holes that will look awful in my house."

"This looks very nice in front of the fireplace, not fancy but clean looking and doesn't detract from the fireplace. It was delivered quickly and just easily opens, you place in front of the fireplace and its done. There are magnets that come with this that I had no idea what to do with. But the online chat sales people were an easy way to get an answer. IF you have anything that is magnetic on your fireplace you can use the magnets to keep the cover in place. I do not, but the screen holds it up fine. No idea how it works for drafts being I just received the product, But its an easy install and looks nice. I recommend this product"
