Outstanding, Simply outstanding. I ordered the Napoleon 1400 wood burning stove and necessary chimney parts and was advised every step of the way by Kathy Olson. She gave me Technical support, advice and links on tax credits, phone numbers on who to call for other questions I had. You can't ask for anyting better than that. Kathy is a sincere proffessional and always in my opinion has the customer in mind. I'll shop here first before I go other places.

I installed it myself. It was easy to install and looks really good. I have one wood stove with a round support in the ceiling, and I like the looks of this square ceiling support better. It looks good and looks safer.
