Quality Product
I have had one of these units in the chimney above my Quadrafire wood stove for most of two winters and it works great. It is amazing how much heat it pulls into the room that would normally just go up the chimney, I would not have a fire without one of these in place.

I was given a Magic Heat unit many years ago, so the one I'm using is pretty old. I've used it for about 12 years. The unit works great, and I think produces a lot of usable heat for the room. It has to be kept clean, and it does cause some draft reduction, but the compromises have been worth it. One winter I decided that I didn't need it, was tired of listening to the fan run all the time, so I removed it. Two weeks later, I put it back in the ducting, as the wood stove alone just wasn't keeping my wood shop warm. All in all, it's a great invention, well crafted, and I'm glad to have one.

This is the second reclaimer my family and i have owned, the first one served us for some years. we removed it and the stove because of some improvements that were made to the room and was never brought back into the house, so both the stove and the reclaimer got ruined. It heats my home greatly and saves me from overly using the gas furnace, thank you northline for having the reclaimer, I never thought I could find it again after all these years.

WOW! What a difference this thing makes! It installed easily and it works great. It seems like you just get the fire going and it's turning on, blowing out A LOT of heat that would have otherwise gone up the chimney.

It's like having two fireplaces in my living room, twice the heat! Instructions could have been a bit better. However, overall very satisfied.

We bought this to use in our stove pipe on the second floor. The woodstove is on the first floor and the stovepipe goes up through the second floor. It is allowing us to heat two floors from one woodstove! It is our only source of heat so we're really glad it works for us.

I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a large house or even a two level house. It really helps to circulate the air throughout the house, especially the room the wood stove is in.
