I bought this with the intention of replacing two 6 x 24 thin-walled pipes.
I realized too late that two 24 pipes equal 46, not 48, because of the one pipe fitting two inches into the other.
I fixed the problem engendered by the additional two inches by applying the Pythagorean Theorem and moving the stove sideways a little over fifteen inches to one side allowing the hypotenuse the 48 pipe to fit between the stove and the chimney.
Might I suggest that you offer a 46 version replace two 24 pipes and perhaps a 68 version to replace three 24 pipes.
You might also advise recipients of black painted pipes that they give off a lot of smoke when first heated. Had I known that, I would have run a little diesel fuel in it and fired it up outdoors.
Other than those two minor issues, one of which was my own error, I'm very happy to have a thick-walled stovepipe I don't have to worry about burning through in the event of overheating.

This pipe is of excellent quality and it can be cut to length if needed. It was shipped very quickly. Northline does stand behide its products as I learned from an earlier purchase. Thanks for great service and price. Brad in North Carolina

Overall is very sturdy and strong weld pipe. Doesn't quite hold it's true round as much as claimed but is easy enough to reform so as to fit at joints. Overall very pleased with the product.

Very heavy duty .22 guage steel with no visable seam. Great black finish. Lasts much longer than regular stove pipe.
