Great quality
Love this shovel. It is great quality and easy to use. I feel that it should just have been paired with the ash bucket that we got (as it was not cheap) but I suppose some people only need one, not the other. We love it and have no regrets!

The shovels that are available at the local hardware stores are thin and flexible. This one is solid and great for the wood stove and the price was better.

I purchased this shovel for my wood burning fireplace insert. My regular fireplace shovel was too long and I kept spilling hot ashes. This one is perfect for cleaning out the ashes upfront and close to the door. The handle stays cool and you don't have to reach way inside a hot box and burn your hand. Good price also, a must have item.
