It goes without saying that the service at Northline Express is the greatest. I bought several cases and refills of Black Rock firestarters. You only need to use about 1/3 to 1/2 a stick. Even when I used wood that was a bit wet, these things never fail. TIP!! Wrap a half stick in a piece of paper (ends twisted) then light the ends and you will have a raging fire in no time.The wood case is very cool and MADE IN USA. I will buy many more of these and other items at Northline.

Excellant choice
Great starter set it comes in a sturdy wood box with hinges on the lid to oper easily with the firestaters inside with saw dust to keep them dry and seperated. It is just the right size it fits perefect up on the mantle or on the side on the brick of fireplace. It is verry convient anl light easily and stay lit to get other wood started I think on average they burn for about 30 to 40 minutes.

We gave these as presents for Christams. Everyone, especially the young kids loved the crate and starters. What a cool present.

I haven't seen it personally, but our daughter and son-in-law loved it. Of course, it would have been better if I had noified them that a package was coming. They had a few anxious moments when they found a box of dynamite on their doorstep!

Looks just like the real thing except without the fuse. Fun to use and you won't blow up the place.
