The Genesis E-310 features a 38,000 BTU per hour input, three stainless steel burners with an individual electronic ignition system, and porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates. Weber's patented "flavorizer bars" will make sure those savory juices do not go to waste by infusing them back into meat, just like a charcoal grill does.

An enclosed cart with corresponding painted steel doors is a great way to hide your cookware and spices. A porcelain-enameled shroud will give you many years of use, while a center-mounted thermometer will cook your feast at just the right temperature.
