The Chase Top Flashing encloses the top of a chase while providing a ventilation air passage from the chase. Spacer clips are included, storm collar is not included.

It keeps the outer wall cool while ensuring high flue gas temperatures for optimum draft performance. The inner wall is 25% thicker than competitive chimneys, for an extra margin of safety. DuraTech chimney is tested and listed for continuous operation at 1000°F flue gas temperatures, one hour at 1400°F and ten minutes at 1700°F, in accordance with the UL 103 test standard.
