Product worked great. Installed it in an existing 15 in square masonry chimney w/8 in terra cotta flue liner. Not shown in the product picture is an approximate 3/4 in flange on the backside with 4 screws/one in each corner to secure door frame to the masonry opening. Would suggest installing using a hammer drill instead of sawing out opening with a masonry cutting blade - a lot less dust and mess.
