Overview

Our Pinecone Fire Starters are a unique fire starter made with a natural loblolly pine cone and a wick set into a wax base. Simply place one of the fire starter cones into the fireplace at the bottom of the stack of logs, and light the wick. Within minutes, these cones reach full burn and help to start a roaring fire for your warmth and enjoyment. Each cone burns up to 30 minutes, assuring the fire is well established.

Details

These starter cones do not produce color effect like our color cones. Pinecone Fire Starters should only be used to start wood fires including wood burning fireplaces and campfires. They should not be used in gas log fireplaces or to start charcoal cooking fires. Generally no residue is left behind but if there is any residue it will be a small amount of wax that is easily removed with the fireplace ashes. This bag contains 12 Starter Cones.

These work

My husband loves these cones, he uses one of these along with a super cedar fire starter to start our fires - works every time.
