Suprisingly easy to install, works great! Also, it arrived very quickly. I will say that this is my 2nd lifter type product and I would never go without one on my hot tub!

I returned the Covermate II, and re-ordered a Covermate III deck mounted. The cross arms on the one I received are not long enough to reach the center of the spa cover.
