Single panel fireplace are a great option for many fireplaces. They are fairly light and self supporting. These screens are made in USA and generally take 25 working days (5 weeks) for manufacture plus ship time. Expedited shipping can be selected for a guaranteed 10 working days (2 weeks) manufacture time plus ship time. We will generally reply to your quote within 1 working day.

Step 4: Size
We generally recommend that the screen is 2" wider and 1" higher than your fireplace opening. This gives you 1" all around the fireplace for adequate spark protection.

Note: Structural Supports: Once a screen measurements meet 40" x 40", or exceed 44" x 33", or any combination thereof, structural supports will need to be considered and possible required.
