Custom Single Panel Fireplace Screen Quote Request

Single panel fireplace are a great option for many fireplaces.  They are fairly light and self supporting.  These screens are made in USA and generally take 15 working days (3 weeks) for manufacture plus ship time.  Expedited shipping can be selected for a guaranteed 5 working day manufacture time.  We will generally reply to your quote within 1 working day.

Step 1:  Pick a Model
FGN Single Panel Screen (30 cents per sq. in.) Plain style
FGN19 Single Panel Screen (38 cents per sq. in.) Craftsman Style
 FSU Bowed Screen (43 cents per sq. in.) Bowed Craftsman Style

* Note: Burnished Black is a transparent finish and hand crafted fabrication

Step 3:  Options
Standard Arch* (available on screen sizes 39" wide and 44" wide only - add $75.00)
39" wide arch has a 4" rise.  44" wide arch has a 4.75" rise.
Custom Arch* (May require a template before order can be entered for production - add $190.00)
Scroll Appliqué* (min. screen width of 34" - add $75.00)
Appliqué size does not increase in size on larger screens.
Andiron Cutouts (exact cutout measurements must be provided in the comment section below - add $70.00)
Inside Fit (A template is recommended to assure accuracy - add $40.00)
* Arch options and appliqué only available on FGN style screen.
 
Step 4: Size
We generally recommend that the screen is 2" wider and 1" higher than your fireplace opening.  This gives you 1" all around the fireplace for adequate spark protection.
