Heat Wave 5-Year Warranty

T.E.C. makes every effort to ensure that each Heat Wave stove fan meets the highest quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that your Heat Wave stove fan is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, accident, repairs or alterations outside our facilities.

T.E.C. shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

To take advantage of this warranty, the unit must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. An explanation of the complaint must accompany the unit. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the unit at our election. We will return the repaired unit at our expense.

  The unit would not work BUT the company was very accommodating with making an exchange which is in progress

  The fan was a good idea but a little too small for the room I was trying to circulate air through. It would be great for a one room area.
