Bought this as a gift, but have one of my own. This is exactly what I was looking for. Only major disappointment is that as an Outdoor fireplace, it rusted after it's first exposure to rain. If I'm purchasing an outdoor fireplace, the last thing I want to do is worry about carrying/covering it out of the elements everytime after it's used. It's been out since the beginning of December and at this point the entire 'flue' and down is rusted orange. That being said, I obviously enjoy the design enough to have purchased it as a gift for someone else. I plan to paint it w/ outdoor/fire resistant paint in the spring. It's a nice alternative at a great value to those who don't want a chiminea. With this you can gather friends a full 360 around and feel the warmth. If you're willing to overlook the rust...a great product especially for the price.
