After reviewing size requirements for our fireplace, we ordered this unit which was 6" smaller than what came with the house when we bought it. Living here in Colorado and having already experienced our first snow of the season, I now realize having the right size grate makes all the difference in the world. We burned less would throughout the evening and kept our home toasty warm. This unit is of high quality and will last us for years. Delivery was immediate. Thanks NE!

we live in central florida so we only do fires dec-feb. definitely thicker metal than what we had previously, so i think it will hold us for a few years. not much you can say about a fire grate...

This is our second order from you folks and I gotta say your service is pretty astonishing! It makes me wish we needed more of the stuff you sell but, alas, what we''ve gotten so far seems to be of exceptional quality.
