This is a Heavy-Duty American Crafted Cast Iron Grate. 30" ML Series is a traditional style wood/coal burning grate. Newly designed one piece construction (nothing to assemble) has sturdy, cast-on legs. Dimensions: 30" Front x 26-3/4" Back x 14-3/4" Depth. Leg height 3-5/8". Weighs 29 pounds. Made in USA.

Note: Due to the casting process this grate may have a depth variance of 1” +/-.

30" Cast Iron Fireplace Gtate

This grate is GREAT, more than I expected. Unpacked it, placed it in fireplace, put in several logs and lite it up. Could hardly get my wife away from fire to go to bed!

The 30 cast iron grate from Northline Express is an excellent buy. The grate is attractive and sturdy and does a great job of allowing log fires to burn hotter while letting the ashes drop below. Fast shipping in a well packaged box.

I did some lenghty research before buying this grate. It's a great grate!!! In addition to burning large fires in the fireplace using well-seasoned wood, I also throw some coal in occasionally to heat things up. I wanted a grate that would stand up to the load. This one does it. It's well made and very reasonably priced compared to what I found at local fireplace shops and big-box hardware stores. When I'm ready to buy another one - I'll order from Northline. P.S. the fatwood and log carrier are nice, too.

It seems to be a very good grate. I have used the fireplace three times with it installed and I will rate it much higher that the previous one which was purchased from a local hardware store. I would have given yours' an excellent rating but I need to use it more before doing so.
