The Vance Fireplace Mantel is guaranteed to be the focal point of any room whether you choose to keep it bare and traditional or dress it up with dramatic accents such as candelabras, flower vases and portraits, or decorative, unique shaped mirrors. Holiday wreaths, garland and other holiday accents will also look great and add a world or seasonal atmosphere when placed on top of the mantel, draped from the mantel shelf, or even placed on the floor of the fireplace at either side of the mantel base.
The Vance Fireplace Mantel not only looks gorgeous and provides beauty and aesthetics for every season, it will also disperse heat more effectively into the room. A hanger board is not included with the Vance Fireplace Mantel. Using a hanger board is a suggested installation method and is not required. Your installer may also have additional methods for mounting the mantel.
Installation suggestion:
Add a set of matching plinths to the Vance fireplace mantel. This will not only give it a little extra height, but also create a decorative base on the mantel. (View matching plinths in accessories above.)
