This grate is absolutely wonderful. It is well made, sturdy, and holds the logs just right for a perfect fire. This grate is no comparison to the cast-iron piece of Chinese junk that came with my house.

We bought it to eliminate the need to repace our grate every other year or so. It arrived late in out season, but so far so good! We have great fires now, which draw nicely up through the grate.
