Fireplace Fenders

Fireplace fenders have been around since the first fireplace was built in the 18th century.  In the past, their main purpose was to prevent logs from rolling out of the fire.  They also served as a barrier for small children and kept women's long dresses from flowing into the fire.  Today, with the addition of the gas fireplace they are more commonly used to accentuate your hearth.  We have several different styles made to accommodate your desire.
