Good quality product. It looks beautiful in my fireplace. Fast shipping and excellent customer service by NorthlineExpress. I received a defected screen and they took care of the problem immediately. Five days later I received another fireplace screen in perfect condition.

The screen is attractive, matches every style and is easy to move aside in order to add wood. The supports on the bottom do not lie perfectly flat, so the screen may lean forward. Find a strong friend - not your teenage son - to bend the supports slightly while you hold the screen in place. That resolves the problem.

I did a lot of research on the Pilgrim Forged Iron fireplace screen and found Northline Express to have the best price, plus the added bonus of free shipping. Despite some mixed reviews about this site's service/merchandise, my experience was just great.
The fireplace screen arrived even faster than I expected and in perfect shape. The quality of this Pilgrim screen is superb. It looks wonderful and does what it is supposed to.
Both customer service and follow-through were excellent.
I would definitely recommend this product and NE to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace screen. I would order something from them again and probably will.
