Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99. within the
contiguous USA. For orders under $99.
or for expedited orders shipping charges are calculated prior to completing your order
based on your location, weight of the item(s), and
shipping method. You can also calculate
your shipping charges by using our Shipping Calculator
(on each items detail page). Most products
ship from our warehouse facilities located in Roscommon,
Michigan while others ship direct from the manufacturer.
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (custom
orders, and certain other specified products excluded).
We have sophisticated software designed
specifically for handling your on-line order to
assure you fast accurate delivery of your order.
UPS shipments do not count the day of shipment
as a day in transit. For instance, an
order that is to be shipped 2 Day Air will
actually take 2 days in transit PLUS the day of
shipment. Also UPS does not deliver on
Saturday unless Next Day Air or 2 Day Air is
specified WITH the Saturday delivery option.
Please note that refused deliveries may be
charged a re-delivery charge. Any "Free
Freight" item returned will have the outbound
freight charge deducted from the total return.
Many items have promotional (reduced) shipping
charges - the shipping cost on your order may
not reflect the actual shipping cost.
International
Orders
Duty, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed
on your shipment by customs and UPS which is generally
collected by UPS or FedEx at the time of delivery
in the form of a COD. Please contact your local
Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
Return Policy
All items except for custom and special ordered product can be
returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned
goods must be in new re-sellable condition and in
the original packaging. Customers are responsible
for returning the item in the original packaging
and in saleable condition. Please properly
package and insure the item so a claim can be filed
with the carrier if damage occurs during return
shipping. Claims can not be made on items
not properly and securely packaged. Goods
are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with
a copy of your invoice and reason for return.
Defective items may be exchanged during the first
30 days on most products, after 30 days the manufacturers
warranty applies. Any "Free Freight" item
returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted
from the total return. Many items have promotional
(reduced) shipping charges - the shipping cost on
your order may not reflect the actual shipping cost.
The 30 day timeframe begins when you receive your
order. Returns must be postmarked or shipped
back to us no later than the 30th day from the date
of receipt. Returns shipped beyond the 30
day timeframe will not be refunded and will be returned
to the sender at their expense.
Fireplace Enclosures: Stock fireplace
enclosures can be returned however there is a 20%
restocking charge. Please be sure to re-package
the enclosure to prevent damage to the enclosure.
Any enclosure returned and not properly packaged
that receives damage due to improper packaging may
be subject to additional charges to bring the enclosure
back to new condition.
Fireplace Screens: All fireplace screens
will be subject to a 10% restocking charge to cover
re-packaging.
Mosquito Traps: See our

apply).
Patio Furniture: All Patio Furniture will be
subject to a 20% restocking charge to cover re-packaging.
Custom finishes or custom furniture is non-returnable
and non-cancelable after 24 hours of placing an
order.

without a return authorization number will be refused
or subject to a restocking charge.
Guarantees
All items are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Depending on the
item, the warranty period varies. All items
are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects

Tracking Your Order
When you place an order through our Web site you will receive
an e-mail confirmation that your order is in process.
When the item ships you will receive an additional
e-mail with a tracking number when shipped
via UPS or FedEx, or date shipped when shipped by
other carriers. Drop-ship orders will only be confirmed,
please check order status for more info.
