Gelco Stainless Multi-Flue Chimney Top Model C - Of course you use the multi-flue chimney cap when you have a multiple, odd-sized, or unlined flue. But single-flue owners deserve the same protection this top offers by covering the entire chimney crown. This gives you a great value for your money. With the multi-flue chimney cap you get the weld nut technology, you can say goodbye to stripped threads forever. The weld nuts on the top mounting strip give you a choice of two ways to attach the lid. Use traditional cap screws or use our wing nuts (not included). Cap is constructed of quality 304 Stainless Steel. Features a 8" screen height with 3/4" mesh to help keep out the critters. Backed as always by a lifetime warranty. Masonry fasteners and mounti are included with each top. Note: if your flue tiles extend more than 3" above the chimney crown, use the Knock-down Model.

Item came just as expected, was easy to install and looks great.
This was one of many that I considered. What convinced me was the price. I hoped the quality would be high despite the price being so reasonable. I was very satisfied, both with the workmanship and the ease of installing it. I used the hammer setting on my 1/2 drill and easily drilled the necessary holes. I didn't use any sealant as I couldn't see any reason for it. The chimney draws wonderfully and when the big rains come, my hearth remains dry.
