The Chim-A-Lator Deluxe Damper will add a sense of safety, security, and protection to your home. The stainless steel construction is designed to seal out weather problems and pests and keep your chimney and fireplace warm, dry, and secure between fires. The Chim-A-Lator Damper features a lever that opens in six positions to achieve a desired draft. This energy efficient damper dramatically reduces the load on air conditioners and furnaces and eliminates noise from outside due to the top sealing cap.
The Chim-A-Lator Deluxe Damper mounts directly to the flue tile, requiring at least 1 1/4" of tile above the crown. It includes a 30' cable that extends from the firebox and fastens to a lever system below as well as a 7' cable shield to protect the cable at rub points. A longer cable is available. 50' Cable.
