I purchased the Hopewell Furnace Fireback 23 x 23 for use as a backsplash to a 30 inch commercial type range, since the cast iron would continue the look and appearance of the cast iron commercial range top. My house is 110+ years old and I remodelled my kitchen to interpret the old english arts and crafts cottage look which is the style of house. The fireback looks fantastic and the casting is detailed without looking too new like some other reproductions. Service was prompt, I received a confirmation promptly, a projected ship date which was kept to the day, and received my fireback two days before the projected delivery date. I recommend Northline and the Hopewell reproduction fireback as well.
Exactly what I wanted and expected. Wish there had been a diagram included about how to set up with the feet.

Since I work as a park ranger at Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, the Hopewell Furnace fireback was just what I was looking for. I only wish that a larger size was available and that it was made in the USA, instead of China. My fireplace opening is about 37 x 41.
