At some point, your brushes wear out. Then, without realizing it, you're spending twice the time sweeping the flue and still not getting it as clean as you should. A new, strong brush cleans easier and better allowing you to do a better job with less work. Work smart and replace your brushes before they get worn out. Our round wire brush features hand-made construction with oil tempered, 22-gauge steel bristles. The spindle has a 3/4" loop on one end and 3/8" pipe threads on the other. Each bristle is individually placed on the spindle in a two-on-two pattern then positively locked as the spindle is twisted into a double-spiral configuration. This thread-and-spindle design is also used on Flat Wire and Poly Brushes.
