I purchased the paint for my new gas wall heater covers, they only came in white. I've finished one so far and am very happy with the results. the real test will down the road and problems with chipping we've had in the past with other paint. I am hoping the clear finish top coat will help with this and the dust build up problem. Very satisfied, will use your product again.
WHAT AN AWESOME PRODUCT! WENT ON BEAUTIFULLY, DRIED QUICKLY, THE COLOR WAS RIGHT ON! USED IT TO PAINT THE BLACK SURROUND ON NEWLY INSTALLED GAS INSERT FIREPLACE! VERY HAPPY!
This is the second time we ordered this high temp paint. We have a woodstove and the stack needs painting every few years. It is easy to use and within days of our online order, the paint was delivered. Very happy with the product.
Great product. Easy to use-covers very well. Was more than enough to cover our stove pipe and stove. Love the color.
Most importantly, it was great to find a heat resistant paint product that I could use to refurbish a badly discolored brick fireplace in my older home, in a choice of colors other than the black available in home stores. The Honeyglo Brown shade I chose came out a lot darker than in the online picture, in fact, close to black, but I'm not too worried about it since the soot from fires will be even less obvious than in my original plan. My only real caveat is that even though every paint can in the world tells you to ventilate well, this time really do it. In fact, you might want to add a dust mask labeled as suitable for filtering paint spray mist the $5 3M R95 rated mask, for example, and leave the area entirely a few times per can. The metallic and fire resistant components are likely the culprits, but this spray adds another dimension to paint's usual toll on simple breathing.
