The Stove Stat operates as a thermostat, eliminating the need to manually control stove blowers. A heat sensor magnetically attaches on the outer stove wall near the blower. When the sensor reaches a temperature of 110 degrees F, the blower is automatically started. The blower is turned off as surface temperatures near 90 degrees F. This operation prevents the blower from functioning when the stove is not producing heat.
Stove Stats are also useful where a switch is required to cycle the circulator used in distributing the hot water from a stove water jacket to a tank or hot water heating system. It installs in seconds, simply place the magnetic head near the woodstove blower, plug the blower into the Stove Stat and plug into any standard 110 outlet.
Rated 4.4 amps at 115 volt, 2.2 amps at 230 volt
To be used only on double wall stoves. Cannot be used on single wall stoves.
Blower will start automatically when the stove heat exchanger reaches approx. 115F
The blower will turn off when it reaches approx. 95F

Got it hooked up the way I wanted it, and it works great... Thanks so much for this website-alot of companies did not have the correct item. Thanks again and have a great 2012!!!
Easy to install and works great...
The hook up to the fan was real easy, the shipping was quick and ordering was easy.
Fast and efficient. Thank you for quality service and a good product.
I am heating an old house with a very old wood cook stove. I have a couple of blowers hooked up to it that move a lot of air. they get left on after the stove gets cold and if I turn them on too soon they are blowing cold air. This switch is exactly what I needed and works very well. Should have done it 20 years ago. The waisted electricity would have paid for it loooooooooong ago.
