The Norseman 2500 is a warm air add-on furnace that works as a primary or supplementary source of heat for most medium and large homes as well as most workshop areas. The Norseman comfortably heats up to 2,500 square feet and is able to maintain a BTU rating of 115,000. The Norseman is cast in iron to ensure better heat radiation and years of service with maintenance free performance.
The Norseman 2500 features an adjustable bi-metal thermostat to provide automatic controlled combustion for even heating. Two raised and tapered heat outlets provide easy connection for 8" heat ducts. Efficient air flow through the existing duct work is achieved with a dual 550 CFM blower. The Norseman 2500 is equipped with an adjustable, cast iron spin draft for additional burn control and a protective smoke curtain to prevent smoke from escaping the furnace.
The Norseman Add-on Furnace features a spacious, heavy-duty, 7 gauge steel firebox that holds enough fuel for several hours of heating per load. The large feed door on the Norseman makes it possible to easily load logs up to 24" in length or 100 lbs. of bituminous coal. The heavy-duty cast iron rocker grate on the Norseman ensures complete combustion. Clean up is quick and easy with a convenient ash door and large full-length ash tray for clean out and ash disposal. Some assembly required.

The stove is very well built ,but I found one of the fire brick was broken when it arrived and one of the fans makes noise. be sure to start a fire in the stove outside before bringing it into the home because is will burn off shipping oil and will smoke up the house.Over all a great stove and would give it four stars
Good product, have not had a chance to use this furnace much as the temp here in the Northeast has been moderate of late, but am looking foreward to colder weather and a chance to really try this stove out. I called the order in by phone and the person I spoke with was very helpful, and the product shipped in a timely fashion. Though nowhere in the advertisement did I read that the product was made in China, which may have made a difference in my decision, everything I needed to know was otherwise available. Overall I had a GOOD experience with Northline an would do buisness with them again. Thank You
