When received my door was warped and would not seal. Customer service is one of the best I have seen. A new door was sent out immediately to resolve my issue. The instructions could use some updating. One thing they could add to the kit to make it even better would be templates. Simply tracing the cutouts from the parts is not very accurate and requires you to almost guess how big to cut holes. Paper templates would make this so much easier. Over all I am pleased with my purchase and enough good cannot be said about their customer service.

It's pretty hard to find a happy medium, but with some experimentation, you can find the draft amount you need. The damper is mostly useless without enough draft to the fire. I have modified mine so I can keep the lower door closed, eliminating the possibility of coals falling onto the floor in front.
