The Heartwood Circulator is specifically designed to efficiently circulate heat throughout your home. This wood burning circulator burns up to five hours on one load of fuel. It is capable of heating up to 2,000 square feet and generating 125,000 BTUs. The Heartwood Circulator features a bi-metallic thermostat to provide automatic controlled combustion for even heating and a unique draft intake system to burn wood safely and efficiently.
The Heartwood Circulator is rear venting with a 6" flue collar to control the rate of combustion, and prevent smoke damage as well as the possibility of a house fire. It uses common 6", black stove pipe for standardized chimney installation. The Heartwood features a fully gasketed feed and ash door that provides a tight seal to safely contain the large capacity, aluminized firebox.
The Heartwood's firebox is lined with firebrick to provide years of service and accommodates logs up to 20" in length. A heavy-duty cast iron grate under the log bed offers assurance to achieve complete combustion. Clean up is quick and easy with a convenient ash door and large full-length ash tray for clean out and ash disposal. The Heartwood Circulator features a lift top to reveal two raised cooking surfaces.
In 1980 while living in northern Michigan, we had a very similar stove. They're excellent. Low maintenance easy starters, efficient, easy loaders, little or no smoke coming into the home while refueling. Just wish these stoves could be made in America to keep our citizens working... Thank you.
