Deep Fry Drain Rack

After deep-frying your turkey to properly ensure all the excess oil is drained they are a couple of ways to do this. You can either hold the turkey over the pot, which is unsafe and tiring. Or the better way to do this is to get a deep fry drain rack. This drain rack measures 15 1/4" wide by 9" deep and will fit up to a 30 quart pot. The drain rack also works great for making sure all the grease is drained out of your baskets too.
