The Weber Performer comes complete with a 22 1/2" diameter cooking surface and is accompanied by a heavy-duty preparation table that gives you plenty of room to prepare great meals every time. Clean up is just as easy as the start up with the One-Touch Cleaning System. Just remove the aluminum ash catcher pan from the underside of the kettle for easy ash disposal.
The Weber Performer is available in 3 decorative colors. This thermometer monitors the internal temperature of the grill and is non-removable.

I am a Weber Junkie, I purchased My First Weber Grill an 18 Charcoal back in 1983, I still have it and outside the Ageing Wooden Handles it still works good. I have also owned a Smokey Joe and a Small Rectangular Gas Grill.. I currently carry a Regular Size Weber Q in my Motorhome... I am really enjoying the Performer, all the Advantages of Charcoal, with almost the same convience of Gas.. Using My Trustie Weber Chimmney over the Gas Igniter I can be Grilling on the Performer with Lump Charcoal in about 12 to 15 minutes !! Great Product.... Steve
