I haven't used this grill pan yet, but if it's anything like the Weber Grill Basket, it's going to be GREAT!. The four sides are higher, than the 3 sides of my older porcelain grill pan which should make it a lot easier to keep stuff from falling off. I don't think this grill pan will bend from the heat like my old one does. I imagine, that clean up will be a little challenging like the Weber Vegatable Basket, but I will soak it and use an SOS pad, and it should come clean.
