This compact composter takes all food waste including meat, fish, dairy and cooked food, and after a few days can be placed into a traditional home compost bin.

Bokashi bran should be added to compost as an activator which is prepared with EM, a mixed culture of naturally occurring friendly micro-organiasms. The food waste then ferments, allowing it to be safely composted.
