The Lynx Power Burner features a large grate surface to accommodate an oversized stockpot with high performance cast burners with dual rings that can be operated independently for maximum heat control. The center grate is removable to allow a commercial-style round bottom wok to rest directly above the burner. The Power Burner features a hot surface, glow coil ignition, control illumination with blue LEDs, a fully expandable drip pan and a removable stainless steel cover to protect the burner when it is not being used.
