Arrived non-functioning

Poor quality control - mine arrived well packed but on turn on, the fan did not work. Warranty does cover that but it's $11.95 to return the unit which is just under 1/2 the price of the unit. Total purchase price now $36 - probably not worth it.

Second item purchsed from NorthlineExpress with issues. Probably the last.

I think you've done a great job and only wish I had known about these products earlier in the season. I have a compromised immune system and got bit by mosquitos indoors and out. I missed the whole summer up here the mosquitos were so bad. Even inside I was constantly getting sick and itchy. I live in the North but am a Southern girl at heart and I sure do miss the South. I'm just outside of Chicago and my grandma's from Texas. Great Job! thanks

We bought this for the bugs that get in the house. The fan is pretty quiet and the light kind of acts as a night light. The unit itself works great, the bugs go right to it and get sucked in. We have very few errant bugs inside the house.

Works like a charm placed in a room between the outer door and our bedroom. Also makes great white noise to hide neighborhood noises. We ordered a backupour original unit is still going strong after 6 years.

I have to say this actually works,I was sceptical at first because our mosquito problem is pretty bad. We still get them in the house but I use other means to assist in the mosquito war. I keep them running one upstair and one down all the time
and found it traps the bugs and I open the rap door and empty it weekly and I found this product easy to use and effective. I would recommend it!

I bought it for fruit flies. It catches a few fruit flies, but is not really that effective for them. An old fashioned vinegar trap works better. I don't know how it would work on bigger insects.
