My sister has the same grill and we really liked the quality of the cooking grills. The cooking area was also larger than our current one. I shopped the web and found Northline to be a great price. Shipping was quite fast. A large box arrived within a week . It was daunting to pull the parts out - but it went together amazingly fast and extremely easy. I was surprised to find it came with a light that attaches by the handle, as my sister had not installed hers. It is a great addition - since time usually gets away from us and we end up cooking in the dark. The grill cooks evenly and the cookbook supplied with the grill is right on with the cooking times. It's great!

This is an excellent quality grill, easy to put together, with quality construction. Works perfectly! If I would change anything, I'd make the propane tank easier to access without going behind the grill to turn the gas on and off.

We decided to splurge and get a high quality grill this year, having purchased many inexpensive models over the years. We are so very pleased! This grill has already provided several wonderful meals, with hundreds to follow, I'm sure. The heat is distributed thoroughly and quickly on the heavy-duty grate. Asparagus spears, corn-on-the-cob, burgers, we have just begun! And the cookbook has been so helpful for the novice BBQ cook! We ordered the grill, and received it when promised. Great service great product!

Overall, a servicable grill. Great for a smaller deck/patio/balcony. Grates are great. Occasionally difficult to light. Hard to keep temperature low. More plastic than I expected in a Weber side platforms. Best free-standing grill I have used.

The Weber Q320 grill is a well made grill and was easy to assemble. The only problem with it is that it is very heavy and my wife cannot move it. It needs wheels on all legs, not just two.

This is my first gas grill, but it's an absolute dream. I have no regrets, except that I didn't purchase one sooner. The features on this are excellent. I especially like the light for evening grilling. I bought a separate cover for it and am very pleased with the quality and the space on the grill.

For a small deck or patio this is the best grill ever especially if you live near the ocean! The salty air takes its toll on every grill we have ever owned. Since much of this grill is made of heavy duty plastic we think it will withstand so many of our previous rust issues. It is also lightweight enough for us to easily move inside if we have a hurricane warning. Its uses little gas and cooks great. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this grill. It was hard to find in retail stores. Everyone wants to sell you the Spirit but for small spaces this grill surface can easily cook for 4 to 6 people and the the folding arms really conserves space on a small patio. We were so glad you had it in stock for us!

The Weber Q320 grill is great, and Northline Express is outstanding.The grill heats up very quickly and is excellent for grilling steaks,chicken, burgers etc.. The quality is outstanding compared to the grills on the market today. Weber makes an excellent product. I will definitely buy from Northline Express again. There prices were the best and the delivery time was excellent.

Seems that the Q320 has been on back order, but it is well worth the wait. This is a compact, easy to assemble and operate grill. It's very functional for its size. We're counting on the Weber name to be all it has claimed to be. Northline is a company we would certainly do business with again. Their Customer Service is exceptional, the web site is user friendly, and we would not hesitate to place further orders.

I did my research and had made the choice of which Weber grill I wanted to purchase. Then I began researching who I would purchase it from! Northline Express had the best price, no sales tax, and no shipping! But who were they? I had never heard of them! So I did my research again.... this time looking for any consumer complaints, etc. They checked out GREAT! So I went for it! I was so thrilled with their speedy response in shipping the accessory items I ordered and while the grill itself took a bit longer due to being on back-order, the customer service rep Kathryn stayed in contact with me, both by email AND phone calls! This company is GREAT! I would definitely order from them again and will recommend them to my friends! P.S. And I LOVE my Weber!!! It arrived in perfect condition and it cooks like a dream! It is all that I thought it would be and more! I've grilled things I never dreamed could be grilled.... from veggies to cheese sandwiches to salmon to burgers to steaks to pizza! I got the griddle attachment and I really love that aspect! It gives the grill a tremendous amount of versatility. Yeah Weber! Yeah Northline Express!

Easy to set up, excellent grill for the patio...not too big, not too small. We had a cookout for 9 people and had plenty of room to cook burgers and brats. I have also done pork chops and steak and both were cooked well juicy and tender. I would recommend this grill to anyone who doesn't feel the need for a commercial size behemoth to
impress the neighbors.

Received Grill quickly! No damage at all. Grill works great, so far the best Weber grill I have ever used, the grill looks a little small but when you open the cover you have Lots of cooking space. The only thing I would of liked on the grill is a meter that tells you how much gas is left in your tank, otherwise it is Perfect!

I've had this grill for about six weeks and I love it. The porcelain grill is great.It evens out the heat so no hot/cold spots. just use a little pam on the food and its nearly stick free. The grill will maintain close to 400 degrees on low with the lid closed. I just love the electronic starter. The older push button quartz systems always seem to fail after 2-3 months. This is a step up for me as I used to buy the $100.00 grills and they would rust out after a couple of years even with covers. I can tell just by looking this weber is a much higher quality item.
I was impress with Northline express's free shipping speed, I received the grill in like two days. I was expecting 5-7 days. Assembly was pretty straight forward, took maybe thirty minuets. Overall a quality buy and a great price.

I ordered this grill on Friday and it was on my door step tuesday AM !! Mine also had a broken part, however I was able to glue it and put it together fine. I called WEBER and they overnighted a whole new bottom assembly, no cost or questions !! If the original one ever rusts out I have a spare! I grilled some steaks tuesday night, absolutely wonderful, heavy grates, heated up to 500 degrees in 6 minutes, and cooked to perfection. I was surprise on how well made this grill is for a portable. I would recommend this grill to everyone, and Northline Express w/ their super fast, free shipping !!

The 320 grill was delivered faster than expected. Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken leg on the front yoke. I was very pleased with the reponse of your staff and Weber. Weber shipped the replacement part immediately and I was grilling within 3 days of originally receiving the grill. The 320 grill itself was very easy to complete the assembly and it performs as expected from a Weber grill. It is the right size for small decks and produces plenty of heat for its size.

I purchased mine in May and enjoy it so much that I purchased this one for my step-son. His neighborhood recently had a Block Party and he did all his cooking on the new grill. This is a great grill - it gets hot fast and has a huge cooking surface. This is my third Weber, but first of the Q series. I moved to a condo so this fit the bill. It was easy to put together. It was delivered fast and packaged very well. This was the best price of the Q series I found...You may pay a little more for a Weber, but you get what you pay for. Quality all the way.

Excellent ...could not as for better ...even cooking.easy cleanup ,very simple direction for assembly and once together started up immediatly .as a matter of fact we had rib eye steaks that night and they were beyond perfect ... I would highly recommend this grill ..it small in size and easy to maneuver around ,but with a large cooking area... Weber is a 5 star with this customer Robm S.C

Great grill! The temperature range is awesome cooking bother very high and low enough that after searing, you can cook meat like chicken through on the inside. It's like having your kitchen outside. Fairly easy to assemble also. Really an awesome grill.

Pros:I have only had this grill for a couple of weeks so far, but, it is great! The cooking grates are very well constructed. It has two burners which produce great control with no hot or cold spots. It easily holds enough for our family of 5. It starts easily which has been a problem with other grills. It heats to 600 degrees to self clean-a wonderful feature.
cons:Difficult to roll, and shelves are light weight-be careful with heavy pans. For the price I would have expected a better cart.

This grill is easy to use and does not take up much room on the patio. I love the iron grills and the ability to take them out for cleaning. Steaks, chicken and even salmon are grilled to perfection in minutes. My only wish is for a propane gauge to show when the tank is low. Otherwise, this is an amazing grill!

Love it. Best grill I have ever owned. Great design with the cast iron grates. Two heating elements allow me to sear meat and then turn off a burner and position meat in the middle off the burnerto cook through without burning. Electric ignition fast and reliable. Cooks dinner for four adults easily while talking up a very small amount of my deck space.

I received my Q320 Weber Grill and really love the quality of grilling this model provides. I wanted and used the warming tray and that is why I ordered the new model. We love this grill.
It was easy to put together and grills like a dream. It heats up very fast, the cast-iron grates make the best-looking grill marks I've ever seen plus the spacing on the grates is close enough that even asparagus doesn't fall in. There is ample grilling room without being excessively large OR small. The warming rack is more substantial than I had guessed from the pictures and actually works quite well, crisping hamburger buns without coloring them. The side tables lock into their open position which makes them sturdy and supremely functional, then cleverly fold down for a compact silhouette. There are hooks underneath the tables on either side that are handy for grilling utensils.
All told, this is the perfect grill, exactly what we were looking for and more, actually it's even better than I had expected from the reviews I read here and elsewhere.

I wanted a quality grill with a small footprint and had read the excellent reviews of the Q320, though I had only seen pictures of one.
The good: 1. Uniform heat on all areas of the grill surface.
2. Easy to clean.
3. Achieves proper temps with relative ease.
4. Small footprint.
5. Assembly tolerances were dead on and everything fit together perfectly.
The not so good:
1. More of the product is plastic than I realized and I'm concerned about long term wear and tear.
2. The bread warmer mounts on the grill surface and makes 40% of the grill area unusable. It would be better if it were suspended on hinges from the grill top. I removed it and probably will rarely, if ever, use it.
3.There is no convenient place to store grill accessories on this model.
In all, the Weber Q320 is a good value for the price point. Just be sure it meets all your needs.

Love this grill! My daughter 13 and I put it together - took about an hour. Works well and I really like the cast iron grates, and the warming rack. It might not work for a large party but we just had a hamburgers and hotdogs for a party of 8 and it was large enough.
