Measures 72" Diameter and 88" High. (Pulley lifting system and umbrella stand not included).

It's been too cold to use it much but very pleased so far. It fit perfectly in the stand I already had. My wife who is short can easily raise and lower it. We priced some similar models locally and this was a much better value.
