Sutton Bridge furniture protects you, the original purchaser of its aluminum furniture products, with a limited fifteen (15) year warranty. Should the aluminum frame fail or the finish peel within fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase, Sutton Bridge will replace or repair the frame in the original color and style if available or in a similar color if the original has been discontinued. Should your fabric break within three (3) years of the original purchase date, a replacement fabric in the original color, or in a similar color if the original is discontinued, will be sent directly to you upon receipt of the broken fabric. Sutton Bridge will replace or repair component parts that fail within on (1) year of the original purchase date. Using this furniture in a commercial or institutional setting voids the warranty. This warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, normal fading or damage caused by weather or acts of nature.
Sutton Bridge, at its discretion, reserves the right to repair, replace or refinish a failed part, and to determine the transportation means for authorized returns. All service for authorized returns will be provided at our main manufacturing facility in Annville, Kentucky. Freight charges will be paid by Sutton Bridge for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Original proof of purchase required.
