- I installed the US stove barrel kit Model# BSL1000 on a 55 gal barrel and can't find a the pipe to fit the flue collar. The flue collar is 6" ID and 6 1/8" OD. sow the 6" black pipe will not fit over the collar. Are there any collar adapters for this kit.
- Robert, You should always have the male end of the stove pipe down because as the chimney cools it will condense creating some moisture, and if you assemble the other way your joints will leak black goo (AKA Creosote) out each joint. This should help with your problem with connecting your pipe to your barrel stove kit. Your black stove pipe should be fitting inside of the flue collar and be fastened with furnace cement.
