  • This adapter is made to connect DVL (double wall black stove pipe) to the DuraVent DuraPlus or DuraTech chimney pipe. To my knowledge there is no adapter made to connect two male ends of stove pipe together. Sounds like you're not doing something right and I suggest you call our Customer Service at 866-667-8454. However, you could manually crimp one end to get it to work but again; I'm not sure why you would want to do what you are doing. Sounds like something is backwards.
