    • I bought one of these grates last year, don't know exactly what month or even if it is still under Warranty? Any way the first two broke with in the first month or two and you replaced both for free[,thanks] And now after one use on the third one [last night] it broke in the same spot as the last two!!! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS GRATE?I can't find any other brand or place to buy another. Can you help?
    • Actually most fireplace grates do not carry a warranty. I suspect either you are burning full time and burning through the grate or weakening the grate or firewood may be being dropped on the grate if it is actually breaking. My suggestion is to not use a grate at all. Try burning the fire right on top of the ash bed coals. You will get a longer burn and as long as the firewood is seasoned you won't have any trouble keeping a hot fire going.
