I've been stung with an empty tank before. Just a minuit I have to get another tank
This gage help's me be aware of how much cooking time I have left. Easy to read and understand. Ordered 3, one for Mom, one for a sister, and one for me.

This indicator basically does what you want it to. Nothing fancy - but it let's you know if you've got propane in your tank or not. I look at mine all the time.
