We like the Solaire so much so that we are going to order one to replace our briquet grill. It seems to sear the steaks quick enough that very little of the juices leak out, which also results in minimal cleanup of the grill afterwards. We have done salmon fillets on it as well with good results.

Have only had an opportunity to use the grill 5 or 6 times. Overall, it fits my needs very well. I bought it after we downsized to a Condo, so use it on the front porch and store it in the garage. I really like the attachment for the 20 lb tank which I leave on the porch. On the down side, I find it difficult to clean the grill. And the flame will get blown out during a decent wind.

Outstanding system. Best grilling I ever experienced. Easy to use and best of all, a snap to clean. Would not be without it.

This is a great little grill! I use it on my boat since there's little chance of sparks like you'd get on a charcoal grill. It heats fast and stowes away easy without taking up too much room. Also great for camping. I'm very satisfied with the quality.
