Looks even better in person than in the photo

The polished brass damper pulls I received were both beautiful and usefull. The look great even behind the fireplace screen and they let me know the status of the damper, open or closed. Unlike the photo, one sid shows only open and the otherside shows only closed. Perfect, just what I wanted.

The Damper Pulls arrived after the rest of my order due to a seasonal order issue. That was not a problem. I'd like to complement your customer service rep, Walea Britton, for doing a great job not only on this order but the original order, too. She went out of her way originally to fill an order that I wasn't sure could be filled. Then when the pulls were delayed she stayed in touch with me to keep me posted as to when to expect them. Don't get service like that very often. I'll continue to use your company due to the fine service I've received and the quality of the merchandise I've ordered. Thanks.
