Product works great but has flaws

I have cleaned chimney 3 times and have had connector ends seperate from rod twice. Chineses quality maybe.

I purchased the extra rods to make sure I reached all the way up my chimney with the Sooteater cleaning system.The system works great if you dont mind getting a little dirty.I've told some people about the system and you will be selling alot more of these systems in the future great product!
