Only plastic spin whip
The product does work well with soft creosote.I wish Gardus had a chain flail attachment. I made one myself because I like cleaning from the bottom up.

Great Product
Can now clean chimney from the ground. Works great. Purchased cleaning system for less than the cost of one professional chimney cleaning.

Does a good job cleaning a flue, especially moving through a 45 degree elbow...did not try a 90. The rods are difficult to disconnect without using the hex key wrench. Need two people for the operation.

I found the item be quite effective on the chimney and flu pipe it was easy to use and looks like it should hold up for awhile.

I just love the rotary chimney cleaning system. I just purchased it this year and cleaned my chimney for the first time and found this system to be well built and easy to use. I plan to use it for years to come.

I tried it out on my almost new chimney liner so I didn't have much creosote. It was very easy to use right from inside the fireplace insert It seems well-designed and looks like it should last a long time.

Great product. Clear flute real well. Cleaned flute from bottom up with a cordless drill. Since I have a really long flute, I ordered two systems for the extra rods. I am glad I did as three extra rods were needed.
