I ordered this heater just a couple weeks ago.For some reason there was a delay, but when i contacted them about this, they got right on it and in 2 days it was here.was not complicated to set up and now i am enjoying great heat from this heater, just in time for winter. If you are looking for a great heater at a great price, i would suggest this heater. Especially with the high cost of fuel oil !

Great Heater!
We bought this last year, Jan. 2012, and have been so impressed with how well it works for our house. We have a house that has ceiling radiant heat, which is terrible. You don't freeze to death, but you don't know why because you are never really warm, except my bald head. This propane heater keeps the main part of the house, about 800 square feet, absolutely toasty, and does it very economically too. It looks great; my wife loves it. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Also, how much of a problem is the gallons of condensate that will be formed by running this heater unvented?
What can you do to reduce the amount of condensate to prevent damage to the house? - * Yes you can operate the heater without the blower. The blower will help circulate heat when you have power but when you have a power outage the unit will still heat well without the blower. * Condensation is a problem in certain conditions like in a sun-room with a LOT of glass since the windows will get covered with condensation. For most homes the amount of condensation isn't a problem. * To reduce condensation you could run a dehumidifier. ...Robert

- What size propane tank does this unit use?
- Actually this heater is designed to be connected to a large propane tank (pig) with black pipe plumbed right to the valve (must be regulated). However, you could use a 20# tank and connect that to the heater with one of our hose kits. The propane tank CANNOT be in the home so you would need to feed the pipe or hose to the unit from outside. Can this work in a power outage? - The ignition for this space heater is supplied by a piezo ignitor which generates its own spark. There is no need for any electrical hookup. There is no blower available for this particular space heater but one is available for other models which does require a 110Volt AC plug in power source. You can run your furnace blower to help circulate heat. In a power outage this unit will still work as it doesn't require any additional electrical power....Robert
