The Mr. Heater Garage/Shop Heater produces 45,000 BTUs of heat per hour to heat up to 700 sq. ft. of space easily. It's the perfect unit for the garage, storage sheds, shops, and utility buildings. It can be installed in low profile buildings with 7-8 foot ceilings and requires only 1" clearance from ceiling with 2 angle brackets (included). The Mr. Heater Garage/Shop Heater is approved for residential or commercial use. It's an efficient and effective heat source that is easy to install; and a reliable heat source with a 3 year warranty on parts and the burner, and a 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger. This heater is a natural gas unit.
